Lourdes called me today. They offered me the position that I wanted. I was really excited throughout the conversation. Then, we started discussing pay. Basically, they offered me HALF of what I am making now. I have to decline the offer. I feel underpaid now, but I was willing to take a pay cut. I am not willing to take this big of a cut. The future isn't looking so promising.
I had dinner tonight with some nurses that I worked with at LGMC. Hopefully, things from tonight will become successful.
